Introduction
My name is David Howell ... I live in Lakeland, Florida ... I am retired and want to move to Forfar, Scotland (my ancestors left here in 1781 for the US)... I was told today from the UK Immigration services that I could not move to the UK because I am retired ... does anyone know about this and/or have suggestions?
