Hello, I'm at a stage in life where I'm craving culture, cuisine, climate and countryside. I'm all but retired, having travelled extensively I feel very privileged to have hosted travellers from all corners of the globe. I find Spain (Maybe Portugal and Mexico too) most appealing to set up a home, a base to travel to and from. I'd be very interested and grateful to hear from expats who've made the transition. I have my NIE and would like to obtain a long term visa. All advice greatly welcomed :-) Regards and happy trails, David
