I left the US in 2003. Was a building contractor, Arch. Eng., Bus. Mgmt. background with Cisco Networking experience. I have lived in Japan, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. Most of my time over here has been in Nam. Started out teaching in Hanoi and Hai Phong. Moved to DaNang and then to Ho Chi Minh. Went on my own and started teaching TOEFL, TOEIC and Business English to individuals, companies and at FPT. Last year I stopped and worked on developing syllabus material for TOEFL and TOEIC books with the audio hyperlinked to the syllabus. Opened a website for learners who would desire seeing and listening to material pertaining to English words and sounds. horizonforseasia.com Went on a 2200 km zig-zag motorbike ride last year from Thanh Hoa to HCMC. Loved it! Enjoy walking and going to the beach. Don't drink, don't smoke and don't enjoy going to 'coffee shops'. Retired now and hope to do another trip this December going north and back up the Ho Chi Minh Trail.
