Hello, I was born and raised in the States, but have been here in Manila for the last 3 years. I am a pure Filipino, but did not understand any Tagalog when I first arrived. Now I can get by alright. My job has been my focus for the past couple of years and now with some free time on my hands I want to meet some new people outside of my circle. I would like to meet people who are similar to me culturally. Don't get me wrong, I love the Philippines and Filipino people, but it would be nice to connect with people who understand where I am coming from.
