I'm from Belgium, lived 8 yrs in the Netherlands, 13 yrs in Thailand (4 years working in the Cambodian refugee camps and 9 years for the ODP, US Embassy Bangkok), 12 yrs in Geneva (UN IOM), moved back to Thailand in 2004. Moved back to Thailand with wife and kids upon taking early retirement.
Worked for the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
Worked as a volunteer in the Cambodian refugee camps along the Thai/Cambodian border. Later worked for the US Embassy Orderly Departure Program with frequent travels to Vietnam.
