I have been living in Thailand 4 years in Ladproa Bangkok. I find it rather lonely as there are not too many foreigners living here and if there are I never see them. It's hard to make friends when they come and go so often. I think being an Ex Pat is a lonely life. I have many interests but can't bare to be always doing them alone. The only thing that saves me is the fact I have two sons here in Bkk who live near by and I have lots of friends from Australia and France passing through, or coming to stay with me a month or so. My salvation.
