I moved to Budapest from the US two years ago. BFA & MFA in Ceramic Arts. Never a straight fit, I also studied and am certified as a sommelier, macrobiotic/vegan chef and nutritionist. In Chicago I worked as a art teacher and a consulting research chef. In Budapest I work as a chocolatier and moonlight making macrobiotic creations. I love to teach and am a hands-on person who enjoys beautifully simple healthful creations.
