My name is Melle J. de Jong, executive director at Nos Progressus (http://www.nosprogressus.com), a consulting firm that advises companies and organizations on matters related to strategy, marketing, and sales management. We have offices in São Paulo and will open in November 2014 a second regional office in Rio de Janeiro. Melle de Jong is a senior business strategy advisor, focused on Brasil, who helps (multinational) companies looking to take advantage of business opportunities in these very exciting markets. Earlier in his career, he worked over 15 years in senior management positions at Johnson Controls European HQ, and later as Managing Director Latin America at BlueCielo do Brasil, where he led the Brazilian organization to great success through sales process adoption.
