Hello,

I applied to the visa through the embassy in beirut(beyrouth), lebanon(liban).

I am trying to track my visa on the website but every time it's giving me no results. I have four reference  numbers (2 from TLS, 1 from the online form, 1 from embassy) and i am trying all and I am getting no results. There is a lot of information on the webiste but since it's either french or dutch it's been hard to get a complete understanding of the issue and how to solve it. For example i don't understand this big table that i see on the search results page.

Kindly, if anyone can help me track my visa, it will be at most appreciated.

Neil Patel

Use six digit number from embassy. If not seen then may be your application is under process. For that u need to wait atleast 2 to 3 month from application date.

@ibrahimzaidan97 hey even I have the same issue. I try almost every day and it doesn’t give me any result. I have applied on 10th June from New Delhi and it’s been over 3 months for me. When did you apply?

ibrahimzaidan97

@Deep Basu hello sorry just seen this.

I applied on 11th Aug. The embassy sent the file on 29th of Aug. And just now i am able to  track it on the website and it says in treatment.

ibrahimzaidan97

@Neil Patel Thanks man. Do you know how much time does it need for the office to make the decision once it is in treatment?  My application is just now visible.

I also had applied on 15th July and it's in treatment since 17th August. No updates yet. When I contacted they informed that still they are processing April files.

@arsu sahoo

Hello, How do we get to know which month files are being processed currently. Because there is no proper response from IBZ.
