How much time it takes in manual iqama transfer?

Hello everyone


I am facing iqama transfer issue as my new employer is saying that they are facing system issue to my iqama so they have to to it my manual process, My profession on iqama is communication technician While I'm enrolled in Saudi engineering council as engineering As telecom engineer, Kindly if anyone can guide me what could be issue and how much time it takes in manual iqama transfer Thanks

Hello my sponsor is not giving me transfer he also beat me with alcohol I don't want to work with him tell me what should I do and when I left work there and he filed a police case against me  How will my life be saved from this trouble?
