Hey folks,

Seems like https://mijndossier.rrn.fgov.be/ won't load.

I get the "This site can’t provide a secure connection" error. Is there another website?

IgnacioEg

@richeekdey3 Hi, that is the error you normally get when you don't have the authentication software. Unfortunately MijnDossier only works with an ecard reader connected to your computer and a special software that you need to install, this will allow the website to read your id and it wont ask for a password or anything, it will just load. The error is definitely not helpful, as it is not saying any relevant information, but that is what is happening.

The software you need is here: https://www.ibz.rrn.fgov.be/nl/identite … iddleware/

and also in https://www.ibz.rrn.fgov.be/nl/rijksreg … n-dossier/  you can see the explanation of what is needed.

Hope it helps

As said above it only works with EID and card reader. Make sure you have the middleware installed.

Aneesh

Even with the middleware installed, it gives the same error. Could be a temporary thing.

There is another link u can try..

Click on "Ga naar Mijn Dossier", it takes you to https://belastingen.fenb.be/ui/public/landing

Meld An, and you will be redirected to the login screen.

Not sure this one has all the info the other one has :)

AlexFromBelgium

Yeah, the website is completely buggy for now...

normally you can connect just by using itsme and without the eid card reader...

richeekdey3

Hey guys,

Thanks for the response. Yeah so I have an EID reader attached to my laptop. Usually I use that and it works.

I'll give the sites you guys mentioned a try.

Edigj

It only works with EID+card reader actually. I just tried and it worked. Try another browser or restart the PC.

Please note that card must be in the card reader before loading the page

richeekdey3

Thanks all! Issue resolved. It only works if the card is alreaddy inside the reader.
