Well its not hard to find a house in cotonou.

Haiviv is the most elegance area in Cotonou. Prices start for 500-600$ can reach 3000 $

Tokpa for 180 - 700$

I only know those two areas prices since i was searching for a house to rent over there.

They need a copy of your passport as identification.

Try to bargain over the price most of them try to rent for high amount especially for new comers :/

if you want to find a house easily just go to the area you want to rent in and ask the locals if there are houses for rent and they you show you the rest.

Hello santaee -> Why don't you start a new thread on the Cotonou forum with your questions on company registration? This will allow better interaction and will avoid being off topic here. :)

Thank you,
Aurélie
