Truck drivers are a profession that are both needed in the USA, Canada, and the UK. If you mean a taxi driver then you will have a low chance of being sponsored for a work visa for that job.

There is a high demand and not enough. I believe you would be elidable for a H2B visa, or even an H1B visa for being a truck driver. You will need to submit your resumes to companies and convince them to sponsor you to come and work in the USA. Once they do that, they will sponsor you, and submit all of the paperwork for a work visa to the embassy, and then you can come work for the company in the USA on the work visa. Without the work visa then you cannot work in any country unless if they have an agreement between your countries that says you don't need a work visa.

Apply for a temporary skilled visa to Australia. It allows you to go there, and freely look for a job, and is valid for a certain number of years. Because you're a truck driver you are qualified. You can also try Canada as well. But you will need a TOEFL or IELS certificate in order to apply for any visa to Australia, or Canada, or the UK.

You do not need a TOEFL or IELS certificate for the USA. If you can't get that then I would suggest looking at employment agencies who specialize in finding jobs for foreigners.
