Facilitation visa

Hello.

please a cousin of mine applied for a facilitation visa.

her husband and child are Dutch

(she will be going to Netherlands with the child to her husband).

she applied through Vfs ending of October

but she hasn’t heard anything from the embassy

she contacted the Vfs and they said she should contact the embassy.

she then contacted the embassy and no response.

her travel date is this Friday

25th November

we thought it is 15 days of processing time

we just don’t know what is going on

my cousin feel so depressed 😢

please does the processing time include weekends ?

we don’t know what to do now!

we are all confused and worried.
