Your best culinary memory in India

Mickael

Hello everyone,

As you know, every country has its own flavours and tasting the local cuisine is a great way to discover the culture of a destination. Whether it's a small typical restaurant to taste local dishes, a traditional meal in a local's home, street food or fast food, there is something for everyone!

So, which dish do you want to try in India?
Which dish has impressed you the most and when did you discover it?
Do you know how to cook it and share it with your family?

Thank you for your taste contribution ;)

I find that the taste of Indian food is such a contrast to what we have in the UK. It seems that we must be adjusting our curry to cater to a British pallet.

I think that's why I was a little underwhelmed by the food in India. I still prefer my local restaurant Dilbar. Plus it's dead cheap, they do 2 for 1 meals there. Although it's not as cheap as Indian street food.

How are you getting it that cheap? I live near this restaurant, me and my family go all the time
