Process Work visa from different country of origin

Hello Guys,

I have been offered a teaching position at a University in Saudi Arabia. However, my work visa was sent to Saudi Embassy Algeria while I'm from Nigeria. How do i go about the processing to ensure I don't get stuck. All advice welcome. Thanks
