@Shermie Mercado each month is charged 30bd but if u stay beyond that it comes to 1000BD fine

Thats a very long time, better visit your embassy and seek advise.

It will be a big fine.  And you can't leave without paying it.

@Shermie Mercado You have no status and are therefore an illegal immigrant.

Sometimes there are Govt amnesties allowing these matters to be rectified free of any penalties ( fines imprisonment and deportation)

However as you have no status if caught you could be fined and imprisoned. You will definately be deported.

Visit your own embassy for help and assistance ASAP.

Hi , a friend of mine had an offence on his CPR for the last 5 months as his employer didn't apply for his visa on time and he got caught by lmra and then his employer just left him and told him to find another job and his CPR was in process to be cleared of this offence. But today 2 guys came in normal clothes and asked for the CPR and then they said they're from the police station and they came to their house specifically looking for him with a photo and took him saying they only need his signature and the case will be closed . But when they took him to the police station they put him into custody and then said he had to stay there for 10-15 days. After soemtimes they said that they will transfer him to asri jail for 20 days. Even the agent was surprised that they came to the house. I want to know is it normal that they came to the house and what can be done to clear this ?

Read the forum.  I answer this sort of question every single day.  YOU CANNOT WORK WITHOUT A VISA.  IT IS ILLEGAL.

This can lead to jail and deportation.  It just seems that his case has been picked out for the maximum punishment.   He can do nothing except get a lawyer.   Most probably, he will be deported and may skip jail.

for example you got caught doing part time job but the employeer pay for the 1000 BD fine what happens next to the employee? will it have any impact on the cpr or visa renewal? or any offence will be registered in your cpr?

XTang

I already answered above.  But yes, if they mark an offence, your visa won't be renewed.  And worst case, deportation and ban.
