Hello

i am originally from Canada ( windsor) and am now living in the south of france. I met a very kind small Ukranian family who requested visa to move to Canada.  On line and through association were told Red Cross would put them up short term and I linked with an association ( costi) to get a worker to help them to register for english lessons ( father has a decent level) and for mom, find accommodations, work, etc.   Upon arrival yesterday they were told that the Red Cross no longe le helps Ukranians coming over with lodging.  the association CUIAS was at the airport and put them up very short term.  I'm reaching out for any possible help.  Many thanks PS mom is a biology geography high school teacher, dad is a ballroom dance/sports instructor (former history geography teacher and their son is 10.
