Taxi driver las month said BI at the Mall on Fortuna was moving Dec 15th to SM Seaside Mall. There were some obvious BI offices emptied out at Fortuna when we were there but I'm not seeing anything about SM Seaside Mall searching around.

How about the BI at the J Centre Mall in Mandaue? I received a 6 month extension there last June.

@Larry Fisher Cebu BI at J-Centre Mall has MOVED to Robinsons Galleria Mall. I renewed my Visa there last week. I went to J-Centre first and there was a note posted on the doors. I heard from some vendors at J-Centre Mall that the Mall had Financial issues and may be purchased by SM.
