Thank you I have and there is a waiting period off 2 weeks just for a booking apparently.

I believe you submit your visa application first, and the embassy gives you a personal appointment. Rather than you making a booking first.

@gwynj That is how it worked for me. I had to submit all of my notarized, apostilled, translated documents (plus fee and application form.) After I submitted those documents, I was advised by my attorney to phone for an appointment, which I did.
