Hi how are you sir its me rhomilie im working almost 12 years here but nothing change and become more difficult mybe im not lucky for my sponsor or mybe better move to other country and try to find job and meet new sponsor i'll hope for 2023 until im here in muscat oman give me chance to be better until im not decided to move to other country

I’m not new on this platform but this is my first time introducing myself.
My name is Abraham Akan, from Nigeria. A graduate of computer Engineering with 7 years experience as a computer technician. I live in Nigeria 🇳🇬 seeking for a sponsor in Oman.
My job descriptions are.
Setting up hardware and installing and configure software and drivers
Maintaining and repairing technological equipment e.g. routers or peripheral devices
Installing well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks and manage components (servers, IPs etc.)
I will be glad if I can get a sponsor in this field and I assure my sponsor that their company will enjoy me working with them.

Hi, This is Capt Rajkumar from India. Likely to move to Oman mid Feb 23 and work out of Sohar.
Would appreciate if someone could help me tide over the initial hiccups, such as finding a fully furnished accommodation, purchase of vehicle, driving licences requirements, etc

The first thing to do is to read the Living in Oman guide for expats where you will obtain articles dealing with employment and visas in Oman.
You can then check the Jobs in Oman section to postulate for your jobs that might suit you. You may even add your CV there.

Hello, am Zipporah from Kenya and living in Kenya at the moment and am new here.
I joined this platform because I would like to get a job as a caregiver in the UAE or Europe.i have worked in Abu Dhabi and here in Kenya too so I have a more than four years experience.
I have also worked in Dubai for four years as a cleaner with tanzifco company so am also open to any cleaning job because I have good experience in this area

My name is Mike and I will relocating to Muscat within 2 weeks from Canada. I'm a Petroleum Engineer and will be working for one of the oil companies on their offshore projects, but will be office based in Muscat.
I'm currently trying to figure out where to live within Muscat, hopefully by the water if possible. I'll dig into forums for recommendations.
Looking forward to connecting with other expats as I'll be travelling over solo, exploring the city and fishing on the weekends.

@CanaMike hi Mark, ive been living in Muscat for 15 years, i would suggest that you live in Almouj, you can google it, it’s a nice community by the see, almost in the middle of muscat from north to south, but of course you can find a lot of decent options, but i would advice that you live close to your office, you dont want to be stuck in traffic 😁. Let me know if you need anything, i can tell you about nice fishing and camping places. Good luck with your relocation and see you soon in Muscat 😊
