I have a Romanian registered left hand drive car parked up in the UK, that I am paying for in Romania and is no longer running so would like to scrap it as I no longer need it. Can anyone tell me what is the correct way of dealing with this please. Am I allowed to scrap it in UK and then send the certificate of destruction to Romanian authorities and if that's ok do I also need to send the number plates to Romania also? Thanks J
