False +ve Hep B result - Upcoming medical test - residency visa?

Residency Visa - Medical Test upcoming.

Firstly, I have noticed that the UAE official website says Hep B will be tested only for certain categories and I don't fall into that. However, I have heard stories online were people said that we are tested for Hepatitis B and the medical centre will forward it to Immigration who will then decide whether to deport or ban. Now I am not sure how true these stories are.

I am currently in AbuDhabi and in my case, from a recent experience from my home country, I will test low value positive (4 s/c)

for Hbsag if a specific brand machine is used which uses something called a CMIA method. On other equipments that use ELISA or ECLIA method, I will be tested negative. My confirmatory HBV DNA PCR test came out undetected (negative) which means false positive in the CMIA method.

1) Is there anyway to know beforehand and go to a medical centre that doesn't use this brand Machine?

2) Or is it 100 % confirmed that Hep B test won't be currently done for me in Abu Dhabi (Assistant Accountant).

3) Even if tested positive, will they give me option to prove using HBV DNA PCR test?

1) No

2) Test is done for everyone.  Visa is only denied to people in the 6 categories

3)  No

Thank you. I don't mean to stigmatize but could you confirm, in case it is tested positive, whether my employer will still be notified about the HbSag? If so, will it be an explicit notification or will he get a copy of the report from the medical centre or immigration that says hbsag +ve?

Update : I don't work in any of the 6 categories.

Employer gets fit or unfit status or request for re-test only.  As far as I know, they don't share the detail medical report.
