Do someone needs to pay all the money up front or can do a payment plan

@Leon Howard Most home builders in Belize require 50% up front to begin building a home that will be delivered to your property. Final payment must be completed before the house is delivered. On Ambergris Caye, you'll find homes you can make payments on. Almost all home/land sales are paid with cash or bank transfer. Very few banks in Belize /!\ I AM A STUPID SPAMMER /!\, especially to foreigners.
