I work for a Belgium company, and I am planning moving to Spain.
My company is happy to keep me, but me and HR are looking into the different options:
1- Keep me as internal -> how to pay taxes in Spain?
2- become freelance -> where do I settle as freelance (Spain seems expensive) / my company
My idea was: start a company in Spain/Belgium live in Spain, work for the BE company.
Is Spain the best place to become freelance?
I am still looking what is the best option, any ideas welcome!
