Termination on a fair reason

My employer terminated me after several warnings on Mail, for not following schedule duty regularly. ( i have health issue)


Now my employer wants to claim for their losses.


I have been terminated 2 weeks ago, and there is no update.


Employer is not issuing final exit For me. And now paying me my pending salary.


I have no active contract on qiwa. Its showing terminated there too.

Is this is lawfull.?


What i can do now., I can not even manage my expense here. How can i get rid of it

First of all, it seems like that you didn't follow the duty schedule and got repeated warnings.  It is legal to terminate in that situation.


Your health issues are your own - you should have managed this better with your employer i.e. utilize sick or unpaid leaves.
