If your having problems with the internet like I have the past few days don't bother calling VNPT or who ever your ISP is. The dang cable broke again. the first story in the link explains:

Hi Budman,

VNPT have had its share of issues. I have been frustrated with them for almost a year now. I cannot wait until my contract with them is over.

For me, it has always been the router that VNPT had provided me with. It says D-Link on there, but it works like nothing compares to the same in the States. In less than a year, I am already on my third one. But, as long as VNPT is providing them, I am fine.

The locals have told me that Viettel internet service is much better. Check that out.
