I want to go back to my country but has signed a contract

I work in a company in Saudi Arabia since last 7 Months but now I have to go back because of some family issues but I have signed 3 years contract with the company and until now i have spend just 7 Months with them and it is written in the contract if i leave the company before 2 years then i will have to pay 20000sar to them sir badly need your advice right now because my salary is just 900sar and my father is Very ill since last 2 months i can't even give them 500sar. Please tell me sir if i run away from the company and wait for haroob so after that can Pakistani embassy help me to go back without paying money to the company or if there is any other way kindly tell me sir please i badly need your help sir. Your one advice can save me please sir i will be waiting for your reply. God bless you
