Have you tried checking the Housing in Mauritius section? You can find many properties in the regions that you mentioned.

@Yoginee yes I did, but they are rather expensive for my budget. But I found the L'expressproperty website. I am wondering if I find some nice place to live on the mentioned website could I commit myself without first inspecting the place or is that a bit irresponsible?
