I guess the price of land in Papeete will depend on many factors such as the size, the exact location etc.

Hi. We just returned after visiting Tahiti and Bora Bora. We are Canadian but with a French passport as well, and we're now considering buying an empty lot in either Bora Bora or Moorea to build a small home. Any idea how much more would a land cost in Bora vs Moorea? Ideally, we would want something by the beach. Bora has mainly Matira as a nice beach, but I'm not familiar with Moorea's nice beaches. The size we're looking for is approximately 1,000m2.
