Moving to Luxembourg

Hello everyone, my name is James. I learned about lux for a friend who visited me here in Uganda. I was planning on coming to live with here over there. But am not sure about how to go about it. Iam currently working with the CDC as a monitoring and evaluation assistant. I fluent in English and open to learn new languages too.

I was hoping to get some information about lux and how I could possibly go about the process of moving to Luxembourg. Any information would be of at most help thank you all.
