Post new topic

Superman26

Hi good day.

i have signed a 2-yr Contract on a company here in Ksa. it will be finished this march 2023, but my iqama will expire on june 2023. do i need to pay my company for the remaining days of my iqama if i wish to end my contract? i already sent them the notification of non renewal but they said i cannot go and need to wait for my iqama to expire. please enlighten me :) thanks

@Superman26 no need to pay them for the remaining Iqama validity. 2 years contract finish thats it,  But its the company discretion if they want you to stay until Iqama expiration date because employer will be the one who will make the exit visa but you can file a case in  POLO🙂

@JinJin1234 even they want me to stay until my iqama expiration, it is my decision if i want or not right? because i already served the 2years that i signed.

My employer renew my iquama and it will be expired on Nov 2023 but my qiwa contract is already expired. Is it possible for me to transfer on another employers even without the knowledge of my current employer? Or do I really need to notify them? Thank you
