Dear Members,

Halo!!!

I need a couple of suggestions:
- How much an expat should be getting paid for a Regional IT Manager role
- And what are the general benefits for Expats?

Many Thanks
Warm Regards

Good question. It can range from 15 to 25 K per month. A typical apartment anywhere in Hong Kong will go for 8,500K and up per month. 8,500 will get you a basic place with nothing else. 15k and up you will get swimming pool, gym, club house and more. JW

Thanks Will.
So you mean, one should target a monthly salary of USD 15to20K?

Cheers

I am saying that will be the minimum not the maximum. Go for more if possible. JW

Thanks Mate, but I seriously doubt the salary of USD15k per month for an IT Manager role. Its above the higher side...

As per other websites and open forums, it should be in the range of USD7k to 12k per month.

Cheers
AJ

You mean HK Dollars not US Dollars?

Mate,
I mean USD 6600 per month, which is HKD 51500 per month.
Cheers
