Repeated problems paying for evisa

Is the application still directing people to pay through Vietcom Bank?

Please let us know how you manage to eventually rectify this.

Hey all. Well, lesson learned. Do not use auto fill in for visa or Mastercard numbers. My MacBook stores my Mastercard and will auto fill in but the Vietcom Bank thing does not like accepting the numbers so it fails. One must enter the numbers in and then wait. In my case, I get an authorization code from my US bank sent to my google voice number which must be entered to process the payment. One thing which does seem odd is for me the first time I hit continue nothing happens after entering all the payment stuff. Then the next time I hit continue it prompts me to enter the SMS verification number.

Now all is good! From here on out, will just enter the numbers for the card manually and not use my MacBook to enter.

Just to update this a gentle bit. I applied for the visa Saturday last after figuring out the credit card issues. I got the email notification this morning my visa was granted. It took I figure 3 days. Our trip is not until April but I never like waiting until the last minute for things.
