Asking for a friend, with same situation with him. He went exit from KSA with loan and transferred to other company but due to Covid-19 coming back in KSA with new employer was delayed for 6 mos and was not able to settle the amount. When he came back and go for vacation he was hold in the airport due to his unsettled loan and have a civil case in the court, then he settled and payback the amount. The question is, How long it will take for him to travel abroad?

Any answers will great help since I dont have experience like this issue.

Time can't be predicted. After settlement, the complainant has to withdraw the complaint or acknowledge settlement. And then MOJ has to close the case and withdraw the ban. Sometimes it happens in weeks, sometimes months.

Hi, im with the same situation, i came back to Jeddah with new visa, upon arrival there is no problem with the immigration but when i about to take vacation back to philippines, they cant issue the boarding pass. then went to jawazat to check the problem and found out that i have a case on Jeddah Court.

@melzkie26 please update how long does it take to your friend to clear the issue upon settlement.

Hi. After the settlement he received an email that his case/travel ban was lifted.

Hi. Same case here. To whom I will contact regarding being blacklisted in sama. I called sama and they asked me to call 1950 so it means moj already so how can I settle? Thank you
