Qiwa transfer request pending

Hello guys, hope everyone here is fine,

I have a question in regards to Qiwa platform, I already accept/aprrove the request for transfer from my new employer and my current employer approve it as well. is there a is a possibility that my current employer will cancel there approval?


Appreciate if someone give there advice.
