Is there any Expat’s that are retired family therapist living in Hua Hin? Thanks

No idea myself. But if you Google 'Hua Hin Expats Club' there will be a myriad of websites. Try contacting them to see if any know. But for an Expat to be working in Thailand as a "therapist' is, as far as I know, a prohibited work role - one of those Thai Only occupations. Good luck mate.
