I am a journeyman electrician/ Controls Specialist living in the us. I want to find a job in Panama as an electrician and move there.

@rblack06 First you need to be a legal resident, and then get a work permit. Then, working for yourself would probably be better than trying to get a job with a business. Work is hard to find right now for Panamanians, and companies are limited on how many foreigners they can hire. Fluency in Spanish and good legal advice is also recommended. Pay scales are also much lower here than in the US. I don't mean to rain on your dreams but hope you make plans with the necessary information.
