Significant economic opportunities for people in Egypt

I recently met a person who sells his own software to large corporations. He earns up to US$1 million per year. However, he has no sales force at all and he believes if he had people simply marketing the software for him, like calling on the best prospects, his company could earn 100 times more! He is based in the US. He would pay a commission for each software package sold. So the reality is if someone, anyone, in the world with computer access and time simply tries contacting the most likely prospects they could earn commission from the company. Like for example, if the person brought in $100K business they could be paid something like $10K, which is a huge sum of money in Egypt.

Now to expand this idea what if other companies simply let people in Egypt know what they are selling and the markets and they can can participate in the win/win relations. People who have access to internet in Egypt and have a lot of time could at least earn a very good living and even become wealthy. The markets are mostly outside Egypt so there are no controls and such. Commissions can be wire transferred directly to the person upon successful sale. This idea could bring in millions of dollars to Egypt and start an economic revolution - an industry where the trading takes place online and is not dependent on the economy of the country. People essentially become like any other sales person in the developed world.

So what do you think about this idea? Where should this start?

I can't believe no one has comment on my post. What I'm proposing is a solution to not only upgrade Egypt's economy but everywhere in the world by essentially having the developing countries interface with the developed. The only thing I can think of why no one has answered is that what I propose, which is proven to work, is that it has to be worked and in this case it's a commission basis. People in general want to receive a guaranteed income for work they do. That's fine but isn't it better that they receive income for work that actually gets results, and no more?
