Flying from Saudi Arabia with visit visa?

Hi everyone, I have a hypothetical question

I reside and work in Bahrain, I drive to Khobar/Dammam every now and then using my Saudi visit eVisa.

My question is: Can i drive to Saudi from Bahrain and fly OUT (through the Dammam airport) with my Saudi eVisa? I saw that the rates to Philippines are cheaper when it’s from Saudi so i was wondering if this is a possibility or if it’s already a normal procedure. I only plan on staying in the Philippines for maybe 3-4 weeks.
