I check my visa status in lmra its show valid employment visa but my agent tell me that gorvnement didn't give you visa print it will need 15 to 20 day anyone to guide me to ineed to do fuether is my agent lying?

Lying. Go on bahrain.bh and check under residence permits. If it is a valid visa and permit has been issued, then you can print it from there. Otherwise you need to complete enrollment and medical before the permit will be issued.
