Vist visa to work permit

Hi, I came Bahrain in August 2022 on 1 year multiple visit visa. My 90 days period is finished in 14/11/2022. After that I did not exit the country. Last month this year I joined a company and paid 205 as Visa extension fee to proceeed to get work permit. The work permit has been approved on March 2nd and the company has been not paid yet the prescribed fee to LMRA. I have health issues and I don't like to work anymore in this company. I'm in a thought of terminating from 31st March. My question is if I'm leaving Bahrain in April 1st week, should I pay extension fee again for this month(I paid extension fee 205 BD up to March 9 )?? Or just the work permit application will cancelled? Please gimme a clarification.
