Study in Turkey transcript of my diploma

I'm from Botswana 🇧🇼 and i want to study medicine in Turkey but the university seems to want transcript and a high school diploma but i only have my gcse certificate which i was provided by my high school and my country education system doesn't provide transcripts to its students. I'm worried if this will disqualify me. help out
