Hello,
I contacted the tax office regarding what documents can be used in the event if you still have not had your SEF residence card interview, to remove one's fiscal representative and obviously change to resident status..
They confirmed that in the absence of an residence card, the following will be accepted.
DECLARAÇÃO COMPROVATIVA DA MARCAÇÃO DA DATA DA REUNIÃO PARA EFEITOS DE CONCESSÃO DE TITULO DE RESIDÊNCIA COM VISTO DE RESIDÊNCIA
Passport
contrato de arrendamento.
As I can see my appointment on the SEF website, I had submitted that along with the rest of the documents mentioned above and was rejected being told, that DECLARAÇÃO COMPROVATIVA DA MARCAÇÃO DA DATA DA REUNIÃO PARA EFEITOS DE CONCESSÃO DE TITULO DE RESIDÊNCIA COM VISTO DE RESIDÊNCIA
IS NOT the screenshot of the appointment in my SEF portal.
