Iqama Transfer before One year Completion

dears;


my contract is finishing on 2nd of April and my company has requested to finish my notice period till May 30th. Is this allowed by them?


further I requested to take my annual in April which they rejected and informed that I could only take my annual if I sign new contract.


if I reject my Qiwa contract before one year completion, can I transfer my iqama on my own? or force for a early exit?


or is there anyway which I could force my company to give me my annuals?


appreciate your valuable inputs and would greatly help me to get back to my country.
