6 months multiple entry visit visa

I have just paid to extend my 6 months multiple entry visit visa.

It says it's valid for 14 days.

Do I need to apply and pay again for an extension in 14 days time?

I thought I was paying for a 6 months visa with a stay period of 30 days per (multiple) entry.

Please help me understand.

Take a look at your visa. It should have an expiry date which is the validity. During that validity, you can enter and stay the number of days allowed by your visa. You pay to extend only if you overstay those days. And most probably, you won't be able to extend after this and instead, must leave and then come back (if visa is valid).
