I will need to renew my R-VISA in about six months how do you make an appointment at migracioncolombia to accomplish this task . Any info appreciated.

@mrmoo19494851 Sorry I have no answer for you just read this I was trying for my MM visa till they changed the healthcare requirements no longer allowing pensioners access to EPS I'm wondering if it is just for this visa if I can still apply for this R visa I haven't heard of or if this healthcare policy is for pensioners period. Oh well back to the research board

@brettfairweather you have to wait a few yeasr on pension visa before you can apply for an "R" Resident Visa,

Check on the Cancillería website, I think it is 3 years,

And who knows, in 3 years they may change it again and make you ineleigible to obtain an R visa for accumulated time on a Pensionada Visa, like they recently did with the Rentista Visa (which screwed me up).

Pay yer money , ya takes yer chances...theree are no guarantees in life..
