hi i live in riyadh in saudi arabia my company is in red list i have aqama period now can i go back to my home country without my kafil permission please let me know i will be very helpful

Yes you can get transfer without kafeel confirmation if he is in red

Yes you can leave also but you must report to labor office they will manage your final exit

for exit entry visa you can not leave without his consult.
