The Malaysia entry requirements, residency

Post new topic

sidahmed9

Hello

I am a Mauritanian planning to move to Malaysia in 2 weeks

I've already booked my ticket and hotel

I need help (information) about residency and Malaysia entry requirements...

I am interested in the Malaysian Coding Bootcamps.

I have contacted almost all coding BootCamp academies there.

I am interested especially in Brickfields Asia College (BAC) and Next Academy.

Next Academy Full-Stack Web Development Bootcamp is 10 weeks.

Brickfields Asia College (BAC) Full Stack Web & App Development Bootcamp is four months.

I have already enrolled in Brickfields Asia College (BAC) and paid a deposit.

Knowing that there is no visa between Mauritania and Malaysia, I'd like to know if it is legal to stay in Malaysia for four months to pursue this Bootcamp, if not:

I'd like to know if I am allowed to apply for a temporary residency (six months for example) to pursue this Bootcamp

what are the Malaysia entry requirements? (vaccination...)

Do I need a round-trip ticket or one-way ticket is enough?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Hello sidahmed9,

Welcome to Expat.com1f601.svg

Thank you for asking your questions here.

I really hope someone can shed some light on this so that you know exactly what to do.

In the meantime, I advise you to read the Living in Malaysia guide for expats. There are some articles on Visas for Malaysia.

Best of luck,

Cheryl
