Iqama expired

My iqama is expired  i I terminate my contract before then I am working there now but I am not yet transfer  iqama but I have not yet sponsor I am the under the old employer


The new employee don't want to make my iqama


Old employee told me

If i  can't found any job  or i can't transfer my iqama   as soon as possible then he will pit me final exit.  Please tel me what i do now
